Nimlas Group is a leading Nordic technical installations and building‑services platform, operating across Sweden, Norway and Finland. The group comprises over 130 locally managed companies with more than 4 500 employees, offering a full spectrum of services: heating & plumbing, electricity, ventilation, automation, fire safety, cooling/refrigeration, and related disciplines such as design and energy optimization.
Nimlas was founded in 2021 by combining major Nordic platforms — Sandbäckens (Sweden), QMG (Finland) and Konstel (Norway) — and has since grown rapidly through a decentralised, entrepreneur-driven model.
The acquisition further strengthens Nimlas' market position in Norway.
